    I have had eggs for a lot of years, have done several "clean burns", cooked a lot of pizza, did a bunch of reverse sear, all at very high temps, all with KAB and have NEVER broken ceramics…

    Surely you don't believe this. If I was to come in your store and was told that the reason my components cracked was because of either of these units...you probably would not like me.

    Talents?? Have I missed something? I must agree it looks more like begging, panhandling to get free stuff. I quit reading his post long long ago just because of this.
