The pair was 3.3lbs. Wife and I split the smaller one for dinner and there's still enough of it left over for her to probably have it for lunch. Or maybe I'll have steak for breakfast.2 · -

Like anything else egg related...clean it with fire. I suggest removing the the dome thermometer before any clean burns. No sense running it up to 1000F and hoping it doesn't need a recalibrate.1 · -

All you can do is reduce air flow and wait. I sometimes will open the dome and literally blow the hot air out, then shut it, when I'm in a hurry to cool it down.2 · -
ET-732 probe dilema
My ET-732 pit probe is out of whack, out of warranty, and I know I exposed it to super high heat one time in an act of stupidity...so I need to buy at least a replacement pit probe. Probes seem to be…1 ·
