Personally, I remove the metal sleeve adapter when I'm not using the guru. When I'm not using it, I'm doing higher temp cooks and need the higher air flow down below.1 · -

Clean? Clean? Who does that? I just leave the grid on after I'm through cooking and bump the temp for a few minutes. I doubt that there is any way to bring back the stainless steel look.3 · -
