Almost done with our move from Hawaii to Virginia! Waiting for the new house to be built and moving in soon. Outdoor kitchen to be built soon after.... can't wait.

    I'm kind of a purist, but i do like the BBQ Guru for long 8-12+ hour cooks, but i tried using it for some really high temp cooking with Kiawa wood and the probes literally melted. yea like 1400+…
