I bought 10 bags...never had a problem with any of them. Run temps from 150-700 with 0 issues. No taste issues also. Also got big,medium,and smaller pieces.4 · -

Ribs in 3.5 hours? Is that because of the dry brine or something? I know Turbo is 1hr40 at 350...isn't everything else 5-6 hrs at that temp. Not being a smartass just trying to see if I'm missing ano…2 · -

It's cold meat....you blocked the thermometer. It's still hot! Just cook and check with a fast meat thermometer.2 ·
