This sounds really complicated. Especially Since someone has to be there to throw the second batch of steaks in. I would just throw them all in the sous vide together at whatever lower temp you like,…2 · -

@eoin it's a cream-filled spongecake. I ate a few thousand of them as a child. I tried them again recently. they are awful: they don't taste like food at all.3 · -

Very nice the texture of the ones I have done have been like a lean strip steak. I really like it. Definitely doesn't shred. And leftovers are great for sandwiches, chili, etc1 · -
