Bacon. After smoking
Using hickory chunks. Kept it at 245 approx for 2hours and 20 min. Till an internal temp of 150. Kept skin on during cook. Nice taking it off after. The knife went through like butter. Enjoy1 · -

Bigger piece (about 6 pounds) Whisky Maple smaller one(4pounds) honey garlic soy ginger. Another two days to smoke. The maple booze thing hit the mark last time.1 · -

Prime rib roast
3 1/2 lb rib roast. Dry rubbed with pepper, clove, garlic salt, corriander. Indirect at 300 till 110. 600 direct to sear. Covered for 20 minutes. Wonderful thing.2 · -
