Cooked some spicy lemon paprika chicken thighs. This was my second cook and the wife thinks I should win an award. They were much tastier than the pic gives them justice.1 · -
First Cook Sweet Potatoes and Ribeyes
Cooking sweet potatoes in aluminum foil at ~430 dome temp. Indirect legs up and starting steaks this way after about an hour. Going to pull steaks at 115/120 temp and finish direct. Having fun so far.1 · -
