First Cook Sweet Potatoes and Ribeyes

Cooking sweet potatoes in aluminum foil at ~430 dome temp. Indirect legs up and starting steaks this way after about an hour. Going to pull steaks at 115/120 temp and finish direct. Having fun so far.
