@McStew wrong and wrong. Its a pizza oven fired by wood. The wood goes in the lower chamber and the pizza in the upper chamber.2 · -

If your are referring to the bottom vent doors the unit on the left has the single vent control the unit on the right has the dual control. The dual control is is even easier to fine tune the temper…1 ·
