Sexy Chicken Pieces

This was not a cook I was gonna post but when I opened the small up and saw these brown,crispy pieces of chicken I just had to. 2 breast & 3 thighs that will be turned into chicken salad. I won't bore you with the salad. I used some white oak and cherry for smoke,rubbed with Loveless Cafe Peach Rub and the cook started at 325° indirect and finish at 475°. Nice potato chip like skin
