I just keep it stored in the egg. If I am not using it for a cook I set it aside and then place it back in the egg on top of the grid when I shut it down.4 · -

Honestly either one will work fine. If you go direct I would recommend a raised direct set up, or one of those chicken hanger things works well. Indirect go a little higher temp: 375-400ish. Either w…2 ·
