I like to have chips on hand for direct grilling. You can also just use a smaller chunk. I also agree you might try a different wood. A small handful of apple or peach chips will do thr trick.1 · -

I recently ate at Wrecking Bar which is right around the corner from Fox Brothers in Little Five Points. It was excellent. I also spotted 2 XL eggs there. It is a brewery and the beers were great too…1 · -
