Congrats! I don't have the flameboss but I am pretty sure you can use it without hooking it up to wifi and using the app. Maybe that would be a good place to start. Just light your egg as normal…2 · -

Those are shorties. I think 4 bones= chuck short ribs. Maybe they cut off some ribs like these and what you got is the leftover slab.4 ·
