Mine gets to, or past, temp more quickly when I go inside for a moment. Like a watched pot, it goes up very slowly when I'm outside egging it on--aka, waiting impatiently.2 · -

Cube turnips, potatoes, parsnips, rutabagas, carrots, etc. put on cookie sheet, drizzle on olive oil and whatever herbs you like, toss (not in trash!) to coat all and bake at 350 for abt an hour. Bro…3 · -
