    I have this same one and it works very well. I buy my bags on Amazon - FoodVacBags brand. They have rolls and individual bags. All excellent quality and significantly cheaper than Foodsaver bags.

    I bake most of my breads in a pot in the egg and in the house oven. I like crusty breads and cooking in a pot (for half the cooking time) makes a very crusty bread.
