@NPHuskerFL Raised, indirect... caught the drippings below. Cooked the bacon until it crisped then based it in juices and good olive oil and the skin became crispy.1 · -

@CigarCityEgger Loved it, cant go wrong with bacon. It worked really well with adding flavor to my gravy. Nothing like bacon and bacon fat. Kept the turkey moist.1 ·
