Loved it, cant go wrong with bacon. It worked really well with adding flavor to my gravy. Nothing like bacon and bacon fat. Kept the turkey moist.Doylestown - Pennsylvania -
Looks good Scotty. Did you go raised indirect? Did the turkey skin underneath the bacon crisp as well?

Raised, indirect... caught the drippings below. Cooked the bacon until it crisped then based it in juices and good olive oil and the skin became crispy.Doylestown - Pennsylvania
