We cooked in a disposable half sheet pan for about 45 minutes (first 10 minutes uncovered for smoke peach smoke). Added shrimp for last 20 minutes. So it really steamed in its own juices.1 · -

Played around with an Old Bay shrimp boil with Andouille sausage, corn and potatoes. Nice little freest.5 · -
