The medium rocks! Pairs great with an XL. Seems like it would be a good second egg for someone with a Large too.

2 boys in college and a teenage daughter. All like the egg. Got the unstated seal of approval when my oldest snap-chatted a picture of ribs coming off the egg to his friends.

I normally remove the fat cap and expose the meat. Put rub on the meat and create more surface for bark. Also less fat collected in the drip pan to clean up.
