Loosen the nuts on the band bolts then they will slip on. Just remember to tighten them back before ever lifting the dome!4 · -

Inflatable collar...interesting! Having had 1 poodle and 4 Westies who all were fixed those boys did their "banging" on several of our furniture legs with their lampshade style collars.1 ·
