I've used many, including Smokeware, but didn't really care for the others. So I've settled on just two. For short cooks I like the daisy wheel best, and for long cooks I'm sold on the Smobot.1 · -

The Smokeware cap will definitely do what you want. I used one very successfully for quite a while, until I switched to a Smobot for my longer cooks.1 · -
