Slammin’. Pretty much going to do this from now on. Just gotta account for long second time on the burnt ends. And I do think a rack (like a screen?) will help.1 · -

I did not. One thing I need to get is a screen or something for the bottom of the pan. Eventually I strained them out but, for the most part they just sit there boiling in their own oil.1 ·
