Lots of chipotle, habanero, some jalapeño, some ghost pepper, arbol chilies. Black pepper and mustard powder in the dredge. Finished with some of David changs spicy seasoning salt, and Maldons flaky…2 · -

A good bit under the weather so I decided to cook indoors and clear out my sinuses. Cooked in my anova precision oven. Turned out spicy and delicious!9 ·
