Mini max 12 hour cook
I cooked a 7 LB butt on the mini max started it at 11 PM Saturday and pulled it at 11 AM Sunday turned out great with lots of smoke flavor4 · -

i decided to cook a 10lb butt yesterday I cooked it at 350 for 6 hours I foiled it at 160 IT done at 195 turned out great sorry no pics before or on the mini max1 · -
