Light it, wait about 10 minutes, put plate setter in, set vents and let it come up to temp. There are different ways to do it but this will work. Good luck with your first cook.3 · -

You don't need to purchase anything other than a plate setter or some other indirect device. Butts are extremely easy. Cook it between 250 and 300 dome to 200 internal. It will be great and your…1 · -
