Merry Christmas my fellow Eggheads. I received my BGE as an early Christmas present about three weeks ago (thanks to my lovely wife) and to celebrate, I thought I would share some photos my coooks over the last 1 1/2 weeks.

Needless to say, I've had a fun 1 1/2 weeks.
Next major project will be a pork butt for our New Years Eve party. This will be my first overnight cook so I'm a bit excited and nervous about it. Any suggustions? (Other than the purchase of a Guru.)

You don't need to purchase anything other than a plate setter or some other indirect device. Butts are extremely easy. Cook it between 250 and 300 dome to 200 internal. It will be great and your friends will think you are amazing.XL,L,SWinston-Salem, NC
