Finally got it to settle down around 230 degrees. Bottom vent completely closed and top vent open about 1/8 inch. Been holding steady for a little bit… ill keep watching for a bit longer to make sure…1 · -

I just saw a comparison on youtube between a Joetisserie and a LetzQ(uk version). The LetzQ has a handle on the spit as well. Trying to figure out how well the Joetisserie fits and if the lid closur…1 · -
