sounds right,, I pull from the egg anywhere between 195 & 205 depending on how well the beer is going down and haven't had that problem. Are the butts all the same brand?1 · -

I'll sometimes pull at 100 internal and toss in the freezer for an hour then thru the slicer and finish in CI pan with onions and mushrooms or peppers for great Philly cheese steaks.1 · -
