45 lbs or so for 50ish 1/2lb servings and 60% yield. 4-5 butts most likely, unless you have access to larger ones. Around me are typically 7-11lbs per butt.1 · -

The regular one is "raw american steel" so I suppose it's just standard steel without the chromium content stainless has. Just means it will rust over time, in terms of differences.1 · -
