The only thing I don't like is that I had to wrap the brisket to take it to the office. Wrapping causes the bark to get moist. I was still happy with the overall flavor.2 · -

Everyone at the office loves Pulled Pork sandwiches. I make Cole Slaw using a little bit of BBQ sauce as the dressing and then serve on small hamburger buns. Feed an army for very little money.10 · -
