Thanks @Mattman3969 for sharing. Made this for dinner tonight. It was really quite tasty. I found there to be too much sauce though. Yours look like it was just about right. Thanks for the tip about the sugar. I too cut it in half and found it to be sweet enough. Great quick meal!!
Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. Let's see what we have cooking for today. I started last night at 9:00 with an 11 lb. pork shoulder. Temps got away for a few hours early, but it stabilized overnight and held 250° for hours. Took it off 16 hours later and it almost fell to pieces just taking out of the Egg. I'm still amazed with how much lump was left. I had it filled to just below the top of the fire ring. Cheers everyone!!
