I'm pretty sure he just chopped up a bunch of chilis, mixed them with salt, and put it in a jar with some sort of contraption on the lid to allow pressure to get out but not allow air back in. …1 · -

I only made them a couple of times, but I split them to stuff, but put both halves back together, wrapped them in bacon, then sliced them into sections to serve, which seemed easier to eat than whole…1 ·
