@Mickey & @Hotch Matching down to the Thermoworks Chef Alarm. :smirk:
Hell I'm half deaf. I need it to let me know when to get things turned over or out of the fryer!!
I just copied my hero B)

Better flip-flop the MM and Mini. Add pimped out kicks and a blue towel for full effect.

That would be a problem. The Mini has always been to my right on a table. Just not natural the way @Hotch rides.

    You can still cook
  • Re: Sam's dealing eggs

I think you will find for the most part it's always Mediums. Mediums is the slowest seller of the Large, Medium, Small line of Eggs. It seems a Distributor will get overloaded and dump Mediums at Sam's somewhere in the USA about once a year.
Remember, Mother Egg only sells to Distributers .

At 160 internal, are the onions still crunchy ? I've hesitated with raw onions and peppers ,because I like them soft in the meatloaf. BUT that meatloaf of yours looks GREAT !
Sauté them before adding. Works for me.

    Bradleya123 you nailed it!!!!!

400/425 Direct and Raised. I never turn the bird over. The higher you have it raised the better the dome will do its magic.
Leaving it uncovered in fridge over night helps but most of the time I decide on a cook and just run down to the store.
400 /425 is the secret for me.
