    Hey.  Thanks for the post.  I just bought my XL egg and sold my Traeger which I hated for various reasons (for another time).  Anyway, curious if your Brisket was true Prime grade or Choice?  I live in Minneapolis area and have a real tough time finding true USDA prime brisket even among various meat shops.  I have not had success thus far cooking brisket, but I am excited to try following your recipe soon.  Just did not know if I truly need to seek out prime grade (apparently has a bit more internal fat content and possibly bit more tender) or just go with a good quality Choice.  Thanks!
