Apple Jack Pork Loin Recipe 1/4 cup Jack Daniels 1/4 cup apple cider 1/2 cup apple butter 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1-1 1/2 lb. pork loin salt and pepper maple syrup (optional) apple wood chips Step 1: In a large plastic container of a baking pan, mix together the bourbon, cider, apple butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire. add the pork and turn to coat. cover and refrigerate overnight. Step 2: The next day, remove the pork from the marinade, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Step 3: Smoke over indirect heat at 225 for about an hour to an hour +15. Step 4: If you would like to you could create a glaze with a 3 to 1 ratio of maple syrup and Jack Daniels and baste the pork loin toward the end of the cooking process.
