Where can you get a water pan for the extra large big green egg? The clearance between the stone and the grill won't allow for a pan... or at least only one that is an inch deep. Seems like a design flaw for those wanting to use a water pan, and for long and low smokes, you need something deeper than a cookie sheet to hold water...
