I'm thinking of ordering the stainless steel top that is distributed by Big Green Egg. It is an accessory for their lattice table made for the large egg. I like the idea of having a surface that won't get grubby and will clean up easily.   Does anyone have any experience with the BGE stainless table top they can share?
