Smoking a Boston Butt bone in using indirect method.  7.5 lbs should finish in 11 hours and 15 minutes.  Started @ 1:00on and should finish around 12:15 am Saturday morning.  I am keeping time records on its progress.  Pictures as well.  Using my Maverick.  Medium egg.  New cast iron grate.  Dome guage is off.  Need a new one.  Years ago people were into a device placed in the draft door.  Kept temperature stable.  Does anyone have information on such a device?  Thank you for any help.
