I'm a pretty new EGG user and I have had a great time and great meals. The family can't wait for the items to come off the cooker every time. I also can't wait for the temperature to change outside but I bare the weather just so that I can use the cooker. I have done Salmon, Pork Butts, Chickens and can't wait to do steaks. A co worker talked me into the big purchase and it has been worth every dime so far.
