I'm in the middle of doing my second full packer brisket using my Carbon Lite.  The iPhone UI for this thing is really not very user friendly.  I think I'm using it more or less correctly, but I'm really not sure.  I suggested before, this thing really needs an instructional video.

    A few feature requests:
Graph both the meat temp and the ambient temp
Is there any way to save the data/graphs for a particular cook, so you can look back days/weeks/months later to see how a cook progressed?  If not, can there be?
On my iPhone 7, I get about 20min of x-axis on the temperature graph.  Turning the phone horizontal does not rotate the app and give me any more x-axis.  Last brisket I did, panning back and forth on the x-axis seemed really sluggish.  This time it's not so bad...not sure what was going on last time.  Being to rotate or zoom out/in on the graph might be nice.
Being able to see the exact temp at a particular past time (by touching the graph) would be nice.  As it is, it seems to only display the latest temp, and you have to estimate from the graph line what past temps were if you didn't manually record them earlier.
