I used my large Egg today for the first time. I seasoned it yesterday and followed the instructions for doing that.  Today I cooked hamburgers. Got the grill up to 400 put the burgers on for 5 minutes on each side.   They were absolutely the best hamburgers I've ever cooked. I've been grilling for over 50 years on a regular grill/smoker. I wish I had bought an Egg years ago.  Now for the ribs, roast, pork Butts etc. love my new Egg!!
