cooken pizza tonight - need dough recipe

going to egg some pizza'a tonight but am in need of a good dough recipe. i usually use pre made ones but i need to start doing my own dough, i know there are a ton of people on here that have mastered the dough, any help please!!! :laugh:

oh man!! Sounds like fun, I havent been bird hunting since the start of deer hunting up here, that was the 5th, been deer hunting since then. I might get out this coming weekend but it gets a bit dangerous with rifle bullets flying but there should be some birds out there. Your right in the heart of it, do know people that have land out there?? All most forgot about the pizza, pheasant hunting gets my brain thinking in one direction. I will give it a try. I know Cody my Shorthair wants to get out. :laugh: :laugh:

A guy in our hunting circle has access to more land than you could ever dream of hunting out there. We will also be putting a feed bag on the farmers that own it all on Friday. I'm bringing the large and 2 smalls. We'll probly end up cooking for them on Saturday too. Expecting 20+ with all of them :P You need to treat those connections like gold. I'll hopefully be getting to see my favorite farmers in the SE corner in December. Best time of year to pound Roosters, if you ask me.
And no, I wouldn't be caught dead hunting around a bunch of deer chasers. Especially the way they hunt/push deer sometimes. Lead be flyin!! -
Dough is actually much better, in my opinion, if made the day before and allow the flavors to develop in the fridg.

Depends how far you spread it out.....if you "want" thin you can use a rolling pin...forming by hand pressing usually makes for a nice thickness crust....

The "No Mixer Pizza Dough" by Large Marge in the recipe section has worked for me.
