Version 1 of the EGGtoberfest 2010 Cookbook is now ready. I've sent a copy to the Naked Whiz and will get one to WMK and WessB as soon as I get valid eMails for them.
If I missed a recipe you've sent, let me know and I will hunt it down. If somehow I introduced an error, let me know that as well. If you have a picture you want to include, send it to me. If you just now remembered that you forgot to send me a recipe, send it along, I'll include it in version 2 along with the errors and omissions.
On a unrelated topic, last Monday I lost a 30" pecan tree and a 18" pecan tree in my back yard due to a storm. So...if anyone wants some pecan smoking wood, let me know, otherwise my son will be burning it in his fireplace this winter.

Thanks for taking the time, myself I check them out often. I hope your son is putting a turkey in that fireplace. Thanks again.

Thank you for putting this together. I know there is a great deal of time and effort involved in compiling all these recipes, and we truly appreciate it.
Where are you located?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Great job Bill. I appreciate your putting the cookbook together again this year..

Hi Bill,
Did you compile this in the new 2010 version?
I'm curious what your thoughts are on the publishing features now. -
Right in downtown Atlanta (actually Lenox Square area).
-
Thanks for doing the compilation again, Bill. Very appreciated.

Yes but I really prefer the 2005 version more (I have the 2005, 2008 and the 2011 running on different machines). Now that I've been fiddling with LC2011 for a couple of weeks, I have a list of things to get back to Lee on.

Great job on the cookbook - your work is MUCH appreciated!
I'll take some of that pecan wood!! When we met at Eggtoberfest, I could have sworn you said you lived in Lexington, SC... but that was the end of the day and a few Coronas in for me. -
very nice, thank you.

I didn't jump on the 2011 yet...is it worth the cost over just sticking with 2008?????
