Best steak cook so far

For dinner last night, I grilled 3 bone in NY Strips and some skinless/boneless chicken thighs (We like to cook some for the week). The steak was rubbed with sea salt/cracked pepper on one side and DP Red Eye on the other side. The chicken has some Fiorella's Jack Stack (my most favorite KC BBQ restaurant for burnt ends) all purpose rub on one side.
