Your such a great Chef, that's a dinner fit for a King! When it come right down to it, you are an artist. Like many others here in this forum there are great people cooking fantastic food and it takes talent as well as skill to not only cook well but to take what we eat to a higher level of experience. :cheer:

Oh sorry Molly, I bought it a few years ago in San Miguel de Allende (Don't know if you have heard of this nice colonial town incentral México) Met the painter, his name is Tim Hazell and his themes are basicaly Oriental & Ancient Art

Clay Muchas Gracias mi amigo, it was only a few seconds but very intense heat as you know....the only time I've needed a new gasket was when a certain member from the forum was visiting & produced a tremendous flareup or you say backdraft on the large.....won't say his name but his handle makes allusion to his size & comes from Canada :laugh:

Ahhhh yes. Another food artist on the forum, I partied with him in Florida, what a cook! And a lot of fun to watch when he got a sobriety test by the cop, Hungryman. That was hilarious. Ya gota keep an eye on him when he's playing with fire.

great times...
my egg finally got here last week, I did some rib eyes did not get that color, will have to keep trying...
this friday we made some shrimp and pen shell kebab, skewer, broach, brochette (brochetas)....and some shrimp machaca they where delicious
I will investigate how to upload pictures into the forum so I can show the creations...
also this week I got the pizza stone and the platte setter so I will have to use them soon
