Nacho's, ABT's and Pineapple

I know I have posted nachos in the past but they just don't get better than this on the BGE.
I pre-cooked my hamburg this time with Dizzy Pig's Cow Lick and then started to build by layering the nachos on a cedar plank then adding the hamburg, onion and sweet peppers. I repeat until as you see I have a towering nacho board ready to sit direct on 350 degrees of egg tantalizing goodness.
A friend is having a house warming tonight so I utilized the BGE by making some ABT's laced with some Dizzy Dust and pineapple sprinkled with Pineapple Head.
Oops a few must have fell off along the way.

I had a local guy fab up the umbrella as I find on these wet days I loose some heat. Working on an outdoor kitchen so I hope never to have that problem again in the future.

You will take your nachos up another notch by using a cedar plank. I soak mine but my buddy MikeB out east tried some with a dry plank and it worked well. I find that the cedar taste sends the nachos over the top and your crowd will be begging for more.
Enjoy.
