Window 7 help needed

I post a forum response that I want to put a photo inside the message. I minimize the forum and pull up photobucket. I copy the picture and minimize photobucket. When I do that I can't find the eggforum to normalize it so can finish my response. I can normilize photobucket. I also need some help in the posting of more then one picture at atime in a response. Thanks for the help.
