My son plays for the University of South Alabama. This is USA's second year of football (we were undefeated in our inaugural season). Saturday we beat Pikeville, Kentucky 56 to 0. I served pork tenderloin sliders to about 25 people.
We got there pretty early and got a great tailgate spot right beside the gate we enter.
Here's Angel getting the table ready.
Smoked sausage to go with our coffee. I like it on white bread with a squeeze of honey.
I brought the small with me.
I did twelve tenderloins.
Bobby B sent me the recipe for the mustard/horseradish mayo. Goodness it was good.
That's Kevin, number 12. He's their tight end. He played a great game.

Fun times and good food. It doesn't get any better. I would love to have the recipe for the horseradish mayo. It is posted anywhere on the forum?
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

* Prep: 15 min. + marinating Grill: 25 min.
Ingredients
* 2 tablespoons canola oil
* 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons steak sauce
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
* 2 pork tenderloins (1 pound each)
*
MUSTARD HORSERADISH SAUCE:
* 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
* 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
* 6 kaiser rolls, split
* 6 lettuce leaves
Directions

"Texas Eggie Great post. How do you transport the small? I want to buy a small.
BobbyB from the forum has been nice enough to let me use his small carrier to transport my small. I don't have the dimensions here at the office but I did snap a few shots of it so I can make my own.
When you get to where you're going, simply turn it over and put the egg on it.
