The fish was super! Made enough blackening powder to use on last pieces of Gulf fish again real soon
Glad you are back -- hope all is 1000% better :woohoo:

Great looking Blackened fish. Lamb right? I think Frank made that the other day and I had to ask what it was. I probably could fine it if I drove about 40 miles. It all looks good. Thanks, Tim

I'm feeling quite a bit better but still weaker than before. A week from Wednesday I go in for surgery, it will be interesting to see how that 'remodeling' comes out.
ahhhh, the red stuff. we are quickly coming upon the chili cooking season so after I get past this next little while I may need to send some $$$ and get a care package sent up. We had some early snow up in the mountains this morning. I sure hope we have a looooooong fall season. Just too early to be seeing white when looking at the mountains.
Be well kiddo.

Great looking cooks, Kari :woohoo:
Question: where do you get those round wire racks like the dusted OB is sitting on? I can't seem to find those anywhere! -
Thanks DOW looking forward to meeting you Ku and the fishbowl again in OKC...

Kari, great lookin food. Tell poolman that's a tough way to drink beer.

...actually used veal shanks that Albersons had reasonably marked!
....may have posted lamb a few days ago, can't remember
have used both before -- not together, though
-
those little round wire racks are pizza racks found at most restaurant supply houses -- just don't use in hot egg directly near fire or they melt :pinch:
OK to use on hot pizza stone
I just used it in place of a "cake rack" to let the excess flour fall through -- did coat the shanks 3 times, though :woohoo: -
the Lodge CI 10" square grill used for the fish????
huh, huh, did you????
see you in PLANO ! -
 you know how mean I treat him
-
Yep! Ordered it that night, but not here yet.
Steve sez there are hanger steaks in Plano!
Would come for that by itself!!
